How to Create a WordPress eCommerce Store using Shopify?

Setting up WordPress eCommerce Store with Shopify:
First, we need to visit the Shopify website i.e. https://www.shopify.in/ to signup for your 14 day free trial (No credit card is required for signup).
The trial button will take to Shopify website. Provide email address, password, and choose a name for our store. When we’re done click on create a store button to continue.
After signing up visit our WordPress website and install & activate the Shopify eCommerce Plugin.
After activation, the plugin will add a new menu item labeled “Shopify” in WordPress admin bar. We need to click on it to setup our Shopify account.
Since we have already created Shopify store, simply enter our store name and click on the connect button.
Shopify will connect WordPress site to our Shopify account and we will see the Shopify settings page.
There are three things that we need to do after creating Shopify store in WordPress. First, we need to add a few products to store. After that, we need to setup other settings like payments and shipping, products and many more.
Let’s started by adding the first product to Shopify store. Just click on “Add a product” button.
This will open up Shopify’s add product page and we need to provide or set up a title and description for the product and then upload a few images gallary.
There are other settings also we need to set up like a price for a product, add shipping and inventory information. Click on the Save button when we are done.
After that, we need to setup payments other settings. In the WordPress admin area and click the Shopify Settings page. We need to click on the Setup Payments button to continue.
Shopify supports many popular payment gateways including PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net and much more.
By default, Shopify will use the email address we used to sign up with PayPayl express checkout. If we want to use PayPal with this email address, then we are all set to go. We can edit this email address and use another email address if we want.
If we want to add more payment methods, then we can select them on this page provide additional information to connect selected payment method.
The last option we need to configure is shipping. Go to the Shopify settings page and click on the “Setup Shipping” button.
Shopify makes it super easy to setup shipping options based on order price and weight. We can offer free shipping and add zones for international shipping.
After entering shipping information, we have finished the basic Shopify setup. There are other settings we can also change.
Adding Shopify Products in Your WordPress Site:
Now it is time to display Shopify product on the WordPress site.
1] Simply create a new post or page in WordPress.
2] On the post editor screen, we will notice a new button labeled “Add Product”.

4] Clicking on it will open a popup listing our products. We can add an individual product or add a collection.
5] Next click on the add product button to continue.
6] Now It will be asked what kind of embed you would like to add.
We can add a buy now button with a product image, or We can add just a buy now button.
If we want to add product information and details, then we can use the buy now button. This way we can create separate image galleries for products using Envira Gallery.
If we just want to display a product, then select the image, price, and button embed.
That’s it we can now publish our post or page. Now we can see the product page in action.
